‘Atlyn Forde and her team at Communicate Inclusively have performed outstandingly as a consultant for the evaluation of our Manifesto 2.0 at the Diversity Forum. Communicate Inclusively responded to our invitation to tender and their mix of expertise from marketing experience and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) experience in the business sector to core skills such as communication, organisation, teamwork and collaboration has been exceptional. Atlyn spent considerable time understanding the project, ensuring we aligned on values, vision and expectations and then working with both staff and our Steering Group to refine the survey and interview questions.
As part of the evaluation, Communicate Inclusively created two surveys, collecting 13 responses and conducted 10 1:1 interviews with signatories. The data collected was published in an accessible format of a 40-slide deck with clear recommendations and findings for us to follow up on as an organisation. Atlyn also presented the report findings at our in-person workshop to acknowledge the findings from the work and establish next steps for signatories. Both the report and presentation received a warm and positive reception from both our Steering Group and attendees of our event. Atlyn’s professionalism, presenting skills, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both writing and speaking is excellent.
Her warm nature and people skills allowed for really useful insights from our signatories and in addition to her patience and flexibility, allowed for great collaboration and teamwork with us as a staff team By completing a Net Promoter Score to the report and carefully considering the questions used in the survey, the work of Communicate Inclusively will support us sustainably as an organisation in both promoting the future of the Diversity Forum and also to inform our future reporting in coming years. ‘I had the pleasure of working with Communicate Inclusively this year. Atlyn facilitated a fantastic session for our organisation's internal Leadership Academy. We were very happy with the service received. Despite the short turnaround time, Communicate Inclusively delivered precisely what we needed within the tight timeframe.
